We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Fundraising Manager working for Cosmic, a charity for children in intensive care. As part of this vital role, you will work directly with the CEO, leading the strategic direction for Cosmic s community and challenge event fundraising. You will deliver and expand the fundraising portfolio, improving existing activities, identifying new opportunities, and creating engaging supporter journeys to maximise fundraising efforts. This is a brilliant opportunity where you will step up by line-managing the Senior Fundraising Executive, and where you will be able to play a critical role in delivering a three-year growth strategy, ensuring that Cosmic continues to provide life-changing support for children and their families. To be successful as the Senior Fundraising Manager, you will need: Proven experience in the charity or non-profit sector, with experience in managing a community and challenge event fundraising portfolio. Proven experience as a strategic fundraiser, with a track record of delivering financial and non-financial outcomes. Extensive experience in income generation, including delivering to and exceeding financial targets.
