We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team for an upcoming overseas PC shooter product. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing communities for successful PC and console games, particularly in the Western market. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build a strong player base. Manage and moderate community forums, social media channels, and other platforms. Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure community feedback is incorporated into product updates. Organize and facilitate community events, including tournaments, live streams, and Q&A sessions. Analyze community feedback and sentiment to provide insights to the development team. Create and manage content for community communication, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates. Foster a positive and inclusive environment within the community, addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Job Requirements Proven 8+ years of experience in community management for PC and console games, with a focus on successful titles in the Western market. Strong understanding of the gaming industry, particularly in the shooter genre. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to engage and interact with diverse player communities. Experience with community management tools and analytics platforms. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors.
