Senior Gas Engineer

Job role Senior Gas Engineer Working Hours - 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday Location Belfast and surrounding areas We are seeking a Senior Gas Engineer with an in-depth knowledge of the plumbing & heating industry as well as gas & oil installation, service and repair. The successful candidate will lead the team on private installations such as oil to gas conversions, and full house plumbing installations with multiple bathrooms. The suitable candidate will also be able to work independently when carrying out gas boiler diagnostic and repair, general plumbing etc. Essential Criteria At least 5 years experience in a similar role mandatory Domestic gas qualifications and ability to be registered on the gas safe register A full and clean driving licence In-depth knowledge in all areas of installations, conversions, breakdowns/repairs and servicing Exceptional customer service skills Sound knowledge of industry standards and regulations Exceptional time keeping/diary management Team player but ability to be self-reliant where necessary Excellent communication skills Desirable criteria - LPG qualifications Cookers/fires qualifications OFTEC qualifications Commercial gas qualifications/experience Salary up to £36,000pa for the right engineer (with relevant seniority and independent experience) Benefits - 28 days per year holiday entitlement Uniform provided Van and fuel card provided Workplace pension Weekly pay, one week in arrears Friendly work environment To be considered for this role, please click APPLYbelow to send us your up-to-date CV.
