It will suit someone ambitious, driven, looking to join an equally minded company and to take a step up. It is a predominantly (70%) administration role with the emphasis on implementing robust control measures and organisation to maximise sales and profitability.

SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER - IS THIS YOU? Experience as a senior/general restaurant manager/area manager in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced Passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail A working knowledge of kitchen operations
A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, lead, coach, train & motivate a team to deliver results A solid understanding of and ability to manage robust control measures – systems, procedures and policies Financially and commercially astute with the ability to manage a P & L, costs, budgets, wastage and labour Sales building and IT savvy SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER - YOU WILL: Oversee the management of day to day operations (FOH & kitchen) - predominantly administration, including people, stocks & finances - the P & L Recruit, train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team Maintain high standards of customer service Ensure all compliance and company systems & procedures are adhered to Drive sales to maximise profitability APPLY TODAY Please note: You must be resident in the UK and eligible to work.
