You will be an advanced user of ArcGIS Online/Enterprise, with expertise in developing applications using Web App Builder, Experience Builder, and Ops Dashboards. You will have experience in creating Esri Mobile Worker Applications, including Survey 123, Field Maps, and Quick Capture. You will also play a crucial role in data integration, automation of workflows using FME, and managing spatial databases. Your expertise in UK GIS datasets, such as OS, Land Registry, or other property-related datasets, will be essential in providing support and maintenance for the developed solutions and client applications. Create, customize, and maintain ESRI ArcGIS-based applications and APIs using the Esri Platform, including Web App Builder, Experience Builder, and Ops Dashboards. Develop Esri Mobile Worker Applications, including Survey 123, Field Maps, and Quick Capture, to support data collection and field mapping requirements. Assist in the development and integration of datasets and web services using ArcGIS Pro, ensuring data integrity and interoperability. Utilize Model Builder and FME Workbench and Server to automate workflows and repetitive tasks, improving efficiency and accuracy. Create and modify spatial databases, tables, views, queries, and stored procedures for use by applications and websites. Provide support and maintenance for the developed solutions and client applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including surveyors, planners, and analysts, to understand project requirements and provide GIS expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated with the latest GIS trends and technologies, evaluating their potential applications, and recommending improvements to enhance GIS workflows and processes. Utilize knowledge of GIS technologies and UK datasets, including OS, Land Registry, or other property-related datasets, to support data analysis and decision-making processes. What will it take to be successful?

Ideally, you will have a Degree in GIS or Computing or extensive Esri Platform experience or equivalent. Proven experience in creating, customizing, and maintaining ESRI ArcGIS-based applications and APIs using the Esri Platform, including ArcGIS Online/Enterprise, Web App Builder, Experience Builder, and Ops Dashboards is essential. Extensive experience in developing Esri Mobile Worker Applications, including Survey 123, Field Maps, and Quick Capture, along with proficiency in data integration and management using ArcGIS Pro, ensuring data integrity and interoperability is required. You will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex spatial data effectively are important to this role. Experience processing and analyzing 3D Survey data, including point clouds, 3D mesh datasets, ortho images, and DSMs, and utilizing these datasets in 3D web scenes would be advantageous but not essential.
