We are looking for a Senior Global Controller to join our Global Finance team in Bolton Food based in Italy, Milan. How you make the difference The person will play a crucial role in supporting our Global Finance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's global financial analysis and reporting. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the management of the financial strategy, ensuring compliance with the standards and providing strategic insights to senior management. How your agenda looks like: Develop and implement comprehensive global financial analysis to check the alignment with the company's overall business objectives; Prepare budget and forecast of the Business Unit managing also the budget collection of Bolton Food subsidiaries; Perform consolidation activities of financial results from multiple entities of the business unit; Oversee all aspects of the global financial reporting process, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements; Manage and control the BU working capital in order to maximize the cash flow generation along all the chain from the raw materials supply to the finished products sales; Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making; Elaborate business unit reporting and presentations providing financial performance insights; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Your team: You will report directly to our Global Finance Director. Additionally, you will collaborate with all the local controlling teams situated across all the geographies. You will also collaborate with all the Central Functions teams on financial activities. How you look like: Education: Master Degree in Economics or equivalent Work Experience: 5/6+ years of experience in a similar role Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Excel Key Competences: We are seeking a candidate with high precision and attention to details, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and competence to work towards objectives and deadlines Languages: Proficiency in English and Italian What’s in for you: Contract type: Permanent Working Hours: Full Time Remote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available.
