Senior Global Product Manager, PDVS

for Cytiva is responsible for independently engaging with our global customers on Process Development, Validation and Regulatory needs, and to translate business requirements and customer problems into problem statements and service concept maps for our development teams. As the Senior Global Product Manager, you will guide R&D teams and suppliers with the design of features and management of the development through the release process as well as designing and implementing novel business models to extract the most value from this service offering. The Senior Global Product Manager will be actively participating in the business unit planning and PDVS strategy cycles, informing the talent development strategy; coaching inexperienced global product managers and mentoring aspiring product managers. Life Cycle Management: Execution of product lifecycle management activities Business Planning: Establishing or refining product positioning in the marketplace and develop pricing strategies. Market Work: Identify new market opportunities through new product development, inorganic growth, or open innovation initiatives. Execute market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify unmet customer needs. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products or enhance existing services. Portfolio Plan: Creating and maintaining the portfolio(s) plan. Informs marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the marketplace. Business Unit Planning: Actively participating in the development of the annual BU plan, bringing together portfolio-specific dynamics with market trends, and proposing tactics and positioning to win. Who you are:

Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related life science discipline Multiple years of combined experience in practical bioprocess applications, marketing, product management or sales in the bio-pharmaceutical industry. Expert understanding of the bioprocessing industry and associated workflows MBA is beneficial Experience working in a matrix environment and managing multiple priorities and projects. Pronounced strategic acumen. Up to 30% domestic and international travelling. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Advanced knowledge of the new product development process; successfully pitched project business case(s) and launched new products or services. Actively participated in or lead aspects of strategy planning cycles and intermediate familiarity with the process(es) and requirements. Remote Job Posting Language:
