We are seeking a talented and versatile Senior Designer to join our team to help us elevate our visual identity across all brand touch points. About You

You are a highly skilled and passionate designer with 5-7 years of experience in branding, design applications, and creative execution. You deliver exceptional work across various channels, including literature, packaging, campaigns, and digital media. Your eye for detail, impeccable crafting skills, passion for beautiful typography and photography, and deep understanding of print techniques will be evident in everything you create. You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with a natural ability to present your ideas with clarity and confidence to both internal teams and external suppliers. Your logical thinking and organisational skills enable you to structure your work effectively, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. As the lead and sole designer, with some artwork support, you're ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed, always seeking to push boundaries and improve. Responsibilities

Creative Direction : Lead design projects from concept through to execution, ensuring all deliverables align with the David Austin brand identity and high standards. Branding & Visual Identity : Work on the roll-out of our new visual identity across all brand touchpoints, including literature, campaigns, packaging, digital assets (social media, banners, newsletters), and trade shows. Collaboration : Work collaboratively with the Brand team to generate innovative design solutions. Welcome input from other team members and stakeholders, always offering multiple design solutions to inspire new opportunities and solve problems creatively. Fast-Paced Ideation : Be comfortable brainstorming, sketching, and rapidly developing concepts, then refining them to perfection. Quickly prioritise and organise tasks, ensuring all projects are completed on time. Quality Control : Champion the quality of all design work, ensuring consistency with the brand guidelines, attention to detail, and alignment with the brand vision. Passion for Design : Bring an innovative, solution-focused mindset to every project, constantly looking for new ways to improve the design process or push creative boundaries. Art Direction : Work collaboratively with the 'Creative Lead' to oversee photography, illustration, and other visual assets, ensuring they are consistent with the brand guidelines and are of a constant high standard. Minimum Requirements

Proven Design Experience : 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and creative execution, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work on branding projects and high-quality design solutions. Technical Skills : Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a strong understanding of print production processes and digital design best practices. Print Production Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of print production, including artwork preparation, materials, and finishing techniques. Industry Experience : Significant experience working on larger-scale branding and design projects, with a track record of producing work for established brands. Office Proficiency : Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to support presentations and project management. Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present concepts and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all creative output is polished and of the highest standard. Time Management : Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality. Graphic Design degree (or equivalent qualification or experience) Desired Experience

Digital Design Tools : Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Ometria, Klaviyo) would be beneficial. Motion Experience : Creating animations and motions for social media, websites, or marketing campaigns using After Effects or similar tools. Video Editing Experience : Experience with Final Cut Pro or alternative video software for promotional video editing. Working Pattern

Full time, 9am to 5pm with flexibility on start times. Location
