Senior Graphic Designer , your role will involve producing outstanding visual content and driving creative excellence across all marketing and bid-related materials, including: Collaborating closely with marketing, bid, and project teams to create visually compelling design solutions. Leading the design and production of marketing collateral, bid documents, presentations, and post-tender interviews. Translating complex ideas into high-quality visuals, including infographics, charts, illustrations, and layouts. Developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Providing creative direction and guidance to junior designers and other team members. Innovating and introducing fresh design concepts to maintain a competitive edge. Reviewing and meticulously proofreading materials to guarantee accuracy and adherence to RFP or marketing requirements. Staying up-to-date with design trends and software to continually improve the quality of deliverables. IT Skills Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint. Experience with web design tools like Wix or similar platforms. Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools. Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a bonus. You will bring to the table… A degree in graphic design or a related discipline. Proven experience in a senior design role, preferably in marketing or bid environments. Exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects. Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for producing error-free, high-quality work. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the construction or workplace design industry is advantageous but not mandatory. We will bring to the table… Industry-leading salary
