Responsibilities:
Leads in-house creative direction together with the Head of Marketing. Work closely with the Creative Director (and team) and production agency to plan and execute brand photoshoots. Lead creative ideation for seasonal and brand awareness campaigns. Maintain and update brand guidelines for consistency throughout showrooms, website, and print. Lead content strategy together with the social media exec. Work closely with cross-functional teams as well as other members of the marketing team to ensure consistency across creative. Create asset adapts relevant for each marketing channel for various marketing campaigns.
Minimum Requirements:
A Graphic Design degree. Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Graphic design retail experience. Solid organization skills with an aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility: open to changing priorities and able to meet tight deadlines on a regular basis. Ability to handle multiple design projects in a fast-paced weekly workflow. Strong organization skills. Out of the box, creative thinking skills. Collaborative with strong communication skills. Able to put forward new creative ideas and manage stakeholders accordingly.
