We are searching for an ambitious Senior Group Accounting & Reporting Manager to join our Group Finance team in our London office.

Reporting to the Head of Group Finance based in London, you will play a critical role in managing our global accounting and reporting processes including technical accounting, consolidation, internal and external reporting.

This is a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): Own the external reporting timetable, processes and outputs coordinating with regional and shared service teams to deliver a seamless quarter, half year and year-end. Lead on financial accounting including all acquisition related accounting activities. Be the key interface with Group auditors to lead the audit process. Deliver a robust monthly group consolidation and management reporting pack. Drive improvements in current month-end close process. Work with regional and shared service teams on key projects (InterCompany, Entity Rationalisation). Build on and develop formalised SOX control policies and procedures underpinning the financial risk & control matrix. Support the financial systems' project for new ERP and Consolidation systems. Develop a high-performing finance team providing mentorship, guidance and professional development opportunities. These are the essentials you'll need to get an interview: Professional accounting qualification (ACA or CIMA). Top 6 qualified. PLC or listed company experience. Significant PQE working within division of large organisation. Experienced in M&A, systems implementation, transformation, controls at leadership level. Proficiency in financial ERP systems.
