£40,000-£60,000 per annum Role summary: The Senior Growth and Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing strategies that drive growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker with significant experience in marketing, who can lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and a proven track record in driving business growth. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to align growth strategies with business objectives. Marketing Leadership: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Oversee the development of content, digital marketing, social media, and PR strategies to enhance brand visibility. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Customer Acquisition and Retention: Design and execute customer acquisition strategies that target high-value segments. Develop and optimize retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn. Use data-driven insights to refine customer personas and tailor marketing efforts accordingly. Brand Management: Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Lead initiatives to build brand equity and increase brand loyalty among target audiences. Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to produce high-quality marketing materials. Data Analysis and Performance Tracking: Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet targets. Implement A/B testing, customer segmentation, and other methods to optimize marketing efforts. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives. Drive collaboration across departments to create cohesive strategies that support overall business goals. Lead and mentor the growth and marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships that support growth objectives. Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with key partners. Explore new channels and partnerships to expand market reach and drive growth. QUALIFICATIONS Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience:

6+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles. Skills: Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and brand management. Proven track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies. Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
