Take ownership of performance within your projects and campaigns, analysing data, exploring new opportunities, implementing tests and making ongoing optimisations. The idea for this role is that you will move into managing growth holistically for one of our major categories e.g. Hair loss, weight loss etc. Own the delivery of an ambitious content plan from a Growth perspective, to improve SEO for TRT. This includes hiring and managing freelance content producers where relevant, and collaborating with our Clinical team to make sure all content is medically reviewed for accuracy. Ideate test hypotheses within the channels that you participate in - landing pages, creative, ad copy, bid strategies, pricing etc. Ideate and create performance creative briefs for paid social channels. Test and own new channels that we don’t currently invest in. Forecast spend and acquisition volume within your areas of responsibility. Manage budgets to drive maximum returns for the business, in line with target KPIs. Stay up to date with updates to advertising platforms and industry trends, sharing your learnings with the wider team. Build, manage and execute tests from performance roadmaps. Collaborate with the rest of the UK, the category manager, the product manager and the TRT team to understand our customer's needs & behaviours and to translate these insights into landing page tests, creative tests, new channel tests etc. Build relationships with external vendors (e.g. Google, Meta, Podcast, TikTok etc.) to understand best practice, new features and campaign improvement opportunities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 6+ years experience working in digital marketing with strong experience within one of organic marketing, content marketing or community building. Understands a wide variety of digital marketing channels and how they all fit into the overall marketing mix e.g. SEO, performance, content etc. Ideally has experience of marketing to a demographic over the age of 40 or within health/similar D2C proposition. Strong attention to detail, you don’t cut corners and take pride and care in your work. You understand that mistakes are part of the process but you own and learn from them. You are highly motivated to get stuff done and try new things. We will need to iterate quickly in this new category, and work at a high pace. You respect the growth processes we have, but will always push to make progress, improve things and meet deadlines. You are comfortable to challenge the status quo for the greater good of the team and business. You are humble - understand that we will fail and make mistakes but that is part of the process of learning. Reflective enough to absorb the learnings. Resilient enough to pick back up and keep moving. You are curious and empathetic - you will need to deeply understand the complex customer needs within TRT and be able to create campaigns which cut through and reach this audience. You are a highly effective communicator, with significant experience managing senior stakeholders. You’re a team player who enjoys working as part of a team. You are analytical and use data to drive insights and action. You are a self-starter who can take the initiative, lead a project and proactively look to solve problems. You’re ambitious, keen to learn and ready to grow alongside a rapidly expanding business. You have hands-on experience across a variety of digital marketing channels is a bonus. Experience working in a start-up or within a health-tech.
