In the UK, we now have over 1.6 million registered users, and we offer a range of products such as the Freetrade Pension, a stocks and shares ISA, and UK Treasury bills. We’re on the lookout for a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to help us scale our marketing efforts and unlock new opportunities to achieve our growth and profitability targets. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving our marketing strategies forward, owning key initiatives such as: Scaling growth marketing efforts across channels. Leading web marketing execution, including PPC, display ads, socials, and SEO. Owning and optimising the marketing website conversion journey. Identifying and optimising partnerships while supporting commercial partnership development. Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for the marketing website, paid advertising, and partnerships to drive growth and maximise ROI. Improve the marketing website through A/B testing, UX/UI enhancements, and content strategy to boost conversions and user experience. Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms to drive user acquisition and engagement. Monitor and analyse user journey data to identify friction points and optimise the conversion funnel. Work closely with product and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Build and optimise partnerships with external organisations to expand brand reach and drive growth. Own web analytics systems, ensuring campaigns deliver meaningful metrics and insights. Use data-driven insights to refine advertising spend, acquisition strategies, and partner performance for maximum efficiency and ROI. Manage web marketing budgets and identify scalable opportunities through new channels. Foster a mindset of continuous testing and iteration to uncover new growth opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Marketing Expertise: 4-6 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, including web and app marketing. Deep knowledge of Google Ads for managing and optimising paid search, display, and retargeting campaigns to maximise ROI. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and expertise in Google Search Console to enhance organic search visibility and performance. Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to analyse web traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, while implementing and managing tracking codes, conversion pixels, and event tracking. Performance Optimisation: Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques, A/B testing, and tools to improve on-site conversions. Familiarity with user journey mapping and funnel analysis to optimise customer journeys and identify growth opportunities. Programmatic advertising expertise, including managing display networks such as Google Display Network, to expand reach and optimise ad spend. Data and Collaboration Skills: Advanced data analysis and reporting skills to visualise and communicate marketing performance insights effectively. Experience managing partnerships and affiliate channels to drive growth through external collaborations. Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting for digital marketing campaigns to ensure efficient resource allocation and alignment with business objectives. B2C Tech Background:
Preferably with experience in fintech and a recent focus on individual contribution in execution-heavy roles.
