Redefining the digital future through strategic partnerships As a Senior Digital Growth Consultant, you will be crucial in identifying and developing new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with our clients. Your in-depth knowledge of the digital sector and ability to have C-suite conversations around business, brand, and technology strategies will drive our company's growth. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional consulting service and strategic advice to help our clients stay ahead in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. Main Responsibilities Independently identifying new business opportunities as well as working with leads from the business development team to close deals and strategically grow the revenue and client base. Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business objectives and providing expert advice on tailored digital transformation solutions. Engaging with C-suite executives, presenting compelling business cases and strategic recommendations that align with their goals. Contributing towards thought leadership research and knowledge sharing within the wider team and externally. Actively participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Equator and expand your professional network. The Ideal Candidate A confident self-starter with proven track record in generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships at the C-suite level. Exceptional understanding of digital transformation and marketing technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see into clients' business challenges, understand their pain points and advise clients on potential innovative solutions that drive tangible business results. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior executives. Able to work effectively on own initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
