Your main responsibility will be to co-create and execute the internal communications strategy, ensuring that colleagues understand and align with the company's purpose and strategy to drive colleague engagement and customer satisfaction. By working closely with the Director of Internal Communications and other key stakeholders, you will develop compelling narratives, build engaging colleague campaigns, evaluate their impact, and ensure consistent messaging across all internal communications channels to enhance understanding and belief in the company's mission and progress.What you need to know and show A proven ability to build relationships and influence at the highest levels, face into difficult conversations and give others licence to challenge your perspective Highly skilled in delivering communications campaigns in large, fast-paced and complex organisations Possess a long-term (1-2 year) perspective on all elements of proactive and reactive communication and channel development Strong understanding of the business environment, financial and analytical skills Excellent judgement and ability to develop good solutions using experience and creativity Mature attitude, calm and focussed demeanour Able to handle large amounts of information in a time-sensitive environment, to prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines Effective collaborator and networker – able to build relationships internally at all levels We’d all like amazing work to do, and real work-life balance.
