The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal communication skills and have experience working with elderly patients. This role involves providing bedside care and assisting physicians with managing illnesses or injuries, so we are looking for individuals who can respond effectively to patient needs in a systematic manner. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure that all tasks are completed thoroughly. Responsibilities: Effective Communication:

Engage with patients and their families, ensuring they are informed and comfortable. Daily Living Assistance:

Support patients with activities of daily living to promote their independence and well-being. Monitoring Patient Condition:

Report any significant changes in a patient’s health status or needs to the physician promptly. Vital Signs Collection:

Accurately measure and record vital signs, including temperature and blood pressure. Documentation:

Maintain detailed patient records, including medical history, medications, allergies, and any adverse reactions. Emotional Support:

Provide compassionate emotional support to both patients and their families, fostering a caring environment. Location:

Guildford Training:

Mandatory training essential for all Senior Healthcare Assistants:

Medication Administration Other Essentials:
