We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Health Care Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Senior Health Care Assistant will support the provision of high-quality patient care and lead by example to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. This role involves supervising junior staff, assisting with patient care, and ensuring that health and safety standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Monitor and record patients' conditions, including vital signs, and report any changes to the nursing staff. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients. Assist in the preparation and administration of medications under the supervision of nursing staff. Skills and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work under pressure. At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Senior Health Care Assistant, preferably in a supervisory role. Hours:
Full-time/Part-time position with varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Job Types:
