As part of the Wheatbelt Mental Health Service ACCESS (Advice, Consultation, Collaboration, Entry Support Service) Team, the role is responsible for providing triage and advanced level assessment, treatment planning for people with serious mental illness in the Wheatbelt Region. The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety and quality improvement, and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of their employment.
