Work with the Resourcing & Staffing Solutions Lead to implement and maintain the utilisation of the HealthRoster system and new developments. Plan and deliver training to new phases and all new additions and work streams being introduced to HealthRostering. Work with Heads of Nursing, Clinical Professions, Matrons, Ward Managers, and Rostering Leads to implement the system. This will involve receiving complex, sensitive, and personally identifiable information.

Collect data and produce ward roster data including staff working restrictions in line with the Trust's Management and Production of Staff Rosters Policy and Procedure.

Produce dummy rosters during the rollout phase for individual areas, anticipating and addressing issues with clinical staff and management as required. Rectify these issues until a workable roster is produced. Maintain appropriate records in line with the Trust's policies and procedures. Work with roster users to problem solve and rectify poor auto roster performance.

Produce requested system reports, analyse and audit information produced by the E-Roster system. Participate in the orientation and training of newly appointed staff to the system, identifying and providing additional support and coaching where necessary. Provide day-to-day support for the users of HealthRoster and associated systems, diagnose and remedy any errors or malfunctions of the system, and provide feedback to the Resourcing & Staffing Solutions Lead, ICT, and the software provider as necessary. Keep an issue and problems raised log and use this to develop future teaching plans and notifications to system users.

Attend any relevant training in connection with major system updates and changes to ensure system continuity. Keep training materials and workbooks up to date with developments to ensure consistent version control. Work closely and maintain effective communication channels with the Staffing Solutions Team, ICT Technical Services, ESR, and Payroll. Facilitate sharing of best practices with other users across the NHS.

Network with colleagues across User Group Forums and Regional User Groups to acquire the latest update and development information.
