Providing personal wound care, promoting health, and assisting in the recovery and recuperation of patients are just some aspects of this essential role. Main duties of the job

As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients stay healthy. Job responsibilities

The post holder will be responsible for: Contributing to the assessment of patient needs and the evaluation of care programmes. Delivering individual care programmes under the direction of a registered nurse/paramedic. Same day and ongoing wound assessment, management, referral, and discharge. Undertaking skilled nursing jobs, such as routine observations and point of care testing. Escalating results and concerns to the practitioners. Training and support will be provided as required. Working Pattern:

11.5 hour shifts (8am-8:30pm) covering a 7-day service. We are happy to consider full or part-time applicants. Person Specification
