Permanent Overview: A new opportunity for a Senior Hire Controller to join a prominent company that provides a wide range of services including powered access, telescopic handler rental, machinery sales, contract hire options, and specialized training programs. Our client is a leader in equipment hire and is currently undergoing remarkable growth. As a Senior Hire Controller, you will be supporting the Manager and working towards career progression within the business. What do I need? Prior experience working on the Hire Desks. Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Responsibilities: Building relationships with internal and external clients. Managing a high volume of outgoing and incoming hires. Day-to-day management of the Hire Desk. Processing admin enquiries. Negotiating hire rates. I am interested in speaking to anyone with prior experience within Plant Hire / Powered Access Rentals with hire controller experience.
