Senior Hire Controller - Ealing - Plant

Neos are working with a well-established Plant Hire company that is looking for a Senior Hire Controller to join their team in West London.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from current and prospective customers regarding equipment hire. Coordinate plant allocation to ensure customer requirements are met. Manage the administration of inspection records and relevant certification for equipment. Issue hire agreements and associated documentation promptly. Organize transportation to and from project sites. Communicate with transport providers, including obtaining quotes, booking transport, and verifying haulage invoices. Operate hire fleet management software to log equipment availability, transport arrangements, and consumable costs. Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining strong communication with both clients and suppliers. Address and action all requests from customers and project sites. Plan and arrange equipment movements efficiently. Generate and issue purchase orders as needed. Create and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare reports for Directors or customers as required.
