Elite Consultancy are currently working on an exciting role that doesn't come around all too often! We are working with a leading brand within the powered access space who are looking for a Senior Hire Controller who would come in to be the Assistant Depot Manager. This is a great role for someone who is looking for real career progression into a Depot Manager and beyond.
The role will be working closely with the Regional Manager and you will be supporting with the day-to-day operations of the Depot.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of the Hire Desk Supporting and leading the branch Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and loyalty Ensuring that all branch operations comply with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a safe working environment for both staff and customers I am keen to hear from those who have strong experience within Hire Control, Hire Desk management, or assistant management experience within the Plant or Powered Access sectors.
