Job Details Within the Claims Analytics team, you will have a tangible impact to the business through delivering analytical insight into claims and counter fraud performance. Monitor, understand and communicate the drivers of performance. Influence claims, operational spend and customer outcomes. Scope, implement and track the impact of initiatives and strategies. Streamline processes and improve controls. Own projects from start to finish, proactively identifying opportunities and solving problems through a combination of quantitative analysis and business insight. Skills we would love you to have Solid background in Claims ideally home. Advanced numerical and analytical skills. Ability to interpret complex data, bridge data gaps and identify areas of risk. Experience of coaching and mentoring team members and delivering through others. Programming languages – SQL and ideally Visualisation Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
