We are looking for a Senior Hospitality Executive to join our Experience Centre team to support the hospitality and delivery of all events delivered within the Williams Racing Experience Centre to best in class standards.


Main Duties:

  • Acting as the rotational lead on internal and external events for all Williams guests, including, but not limited to, STEM programme, internal meetings, public events and partner events.

  • Supervising a small team of Hospitality Executives.

  • Welcoming guests and showing them to their meeting/event space.

  • Assisting with event delivery in relation to staffing levels, rotas, and resourcing for events

  • Supervision of and assisting with catering delivery.

  • Setting up and packing down rooms for meetings/events.

  • Assistance with the bar facility to include stock taking, ordering and presentation.

  • Facilitating tours of the Williams Collection, Factory, Wind Tunnel and DIL.

  • Supporting the supervision of the Williams Experience Centre Reception on a rotational basis with other hosts.

  • Supporting with the Williams merchandise shop sales and organisation when required.

  • Acting as a key point of contact for client meetings/events, ensuring that the venue is laid out accordingly.

  • Identifying and implementing ways to further enhance our guest experience.

  • Managing all stock handling.

  • Ensuring good practice is in place with food waste and clearing away throughout meetings/events and to maintain sustainability requirements.


Qualifications, skills and experience required:

  • Previous proven experience within a client facing role within professional conferencing, catering or events.

  • Previous experience working at Supervisor level.

  • Experience with fine dining.

  • Confident with public speaking and liaising with VVIP guests and partners.

  • Experience in both the planning and execution of intimate and large scale catering events from 2 200 guests.

  • A positive, proactive attitude.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well within a team as well us under own initiative.

  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.


This role will be based on site 5 days a week, following a Monday - Sunday work pattern on a rotational basis.
