Senior Hospitality Interior Designer Permanent - full time Salary £48,000-65,000

A leading, design-led studio is seeking a Senior Hospitality Interior Designer to join its small, close-knit team of 10 designers in London. Specialising in high-end hotels, restaurants, and F&B spaces, this award-winning studio works on prestigious projects both in the UK and internationally, partnering with some of the world's most renowned hospitality brands.

The Role As a Senior Hospitality Interior Designer, you'll be at the forefront of concept-driven, high-end hospitality projects, delivering innovative and exceptional spaces. You'll lead projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring design excellence while mentoring junior team members and managing client relationships.

What We're Looking For * Minimum five years' experience in hospitality/F&B interior design * An aspiring mid weight Designer on the cusp of becoming senior, looking for a role to get them to the next step * Strong design skills with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion * Confident in client-facing responsibilities - presenting, liaising with suppliers, and managing key stakeholders * Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential * Strong technical knowledge, including architectural detailing, bespoke FF&E, and lighting specifications * Ability to problem-solve and multitask across multiple high-profile projects * Experience working within a small, collaborative team * A solid understanding of the luxury hospitality sector, including branding, operational needs, and market trends
