We are working with a long-established Insurance Broker, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to oversee a small team in a client-facing role. You will play a crucial part in servicing and handling existing and new insurance policies for our valued clients. From High Net Worth to private home (contents and buildings), you'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of insurance types.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Engaging with clients and guiding them through our seamless sales process. Researching and providing new, competitive quotations. Reaching out to the database of clients to offer quotations at their next renewal. Managing the renewal book of existing clients with care and attention to detail. Ensuring timely renewal of policies and processing them efficiently. Collecting payments and arranging flexible payment options under finance schemes. We are seeking candidates with insurance experience and some household knowledge. While previous team leading experience is desirable, it's not essential.
