About Our Client Our client is a well-established business based in Bromley who is seeking an experienced HR advisor to join their team on a 3-6 month contract! Job Description Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Supporting the management team in performance management processes Reducing short term sickness absence and handling the processes within that Change management Ensuring regulatory compliance pertaining to HR Providing day-to-day performance management guidance Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships Conducting regular meetings with respective business units Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation The Successful Applicant A successful Senior HR Advisor should have: Private sector experience Previous experience within a senior HR position. Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases Proficient in employment law and HR best practices Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills What's on Offer An attractive salary package in the range of £40,500 - £50,000 per annum 3-6 month contract Opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment
