You’ll know your way around the Microsoft suite and use key People data to identify trends and make a valuable contribution to developing strategies to support and retain our team. We’re looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is either experienced in ER (preferably within a customer-facing business) or is newly qualified and looking for their first full-time role. For over 80 years, we’ve been delighting hundreds of thousands of guests each year, whether on a non-stop action family break or our epic Adult-only Big Weekenders.
