About the Organisation: A great opportunity to join a not-for-profit organisation who are currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis, to support in a generalist capacity, within a busy period. Collaborative, welcoming environment with a close-knit HR team. This organisation cares for people, families and communities in order to improve their health and wider wellbeing, they aim to inspire trust and confidence by making a positive difference. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Manage complex ER cases, including absence and performance issues. Change Management: Support with changes across the business, including TUPE. Providing Support and Advice to Managers and Staff. HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports to support decision-making processes. HR Project Work: Lead and support various HR projects as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with 2 Business Partners, a HR Advisor, and 2 HR Admins to ensure smooth HR operations. Requirements: Proven experience in Generalist/Senior HR advisory roles. Experience of managing complex and lower-level ER cases. Change Management Experience, including TUPE and restructure. The ability to work autonomously and fluidly. The ability to communicate with staff at all levels clearly and professionally. Strong knowledge of current Employment Law. What You Will Receive: 30 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holiday.
