Senior HR Advisor . This role is perfect for an ambitious HR Advisor who is ready to advance their career and make a substantial impact on our HR operations. The Role In this full-time role, you’ll support the Group HR Manager, becoming a key player in a small team providing crucial operational HR support across the group. Key Responsibilities Expert Guidance: Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Project Leadership: Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement. Training Development: Develop and support our HR management training programme. System Support: Assist in the development of our Cezanne HR System. Recruitment Support: Aid our Talent Acquisition Partner in the recruitment process. Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies. Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Continuous Improvement: Analyse HR metrics and provide insights for improvement. Who we are looking for We are seeking a proactive, solutions-driven HR professional with a passion for making a difference. At least 3 years’ experience as an HR generalist. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred. Proficiency in Cezanne HR or equivalent HR system. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Our Benefits Competitive Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
