We are recruiting for an Experienced HR Advisor or HR Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, sociable, and collaborative environment. If you're passionate about making a real impact in a growing, forward-thinking company, then this could be the perfect role for you!

We're on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join a People team of 6 on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. While this is a fixed-term contract, the company's exciting expansion plans mean there may be opportunities to stay on beyond this period.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to both strategic and operational HR initiatives, with a strong focus on Reward & Recognition. We need someone with a hands-on approach, a proactive attitude, and a knack for building strong relationships at all levels of the business.

We are recruiting for a company that has an exceptional culture - where retention is low because people are engaged and happy - which means you have the opportunity to get involved in continuous improvement projects. This is a role that sits within a fantastic, established team who support a workforce of close to 300 employees. With a supportive culture and a focus on personal and professional development, this is a business where your career can truly flourish.

What You'll Be Doing: Reward & Recognition Leading the annual salary benchmarking, pay review, and bonus schemes processes. Driving engagement with Reward & Recognition initiatives, from shaping bonus schemes to managing company-wide recognition programs. Managing company benefits such as Private Medical, Group Life Assurance, holiday buy/sell schemes, and perks/discount providers, including annual renewals and recommending improvements. Completing and reporting on Gender Pay Gap calculations and delivering actionable recommendations. Supporting payroll processes and projects alongside the HR Admin & Payroll Specialist. Generalist HR Support Acting as the HR lead for assigned business areas, delivering professional advice and hands-on support. Coaching line managers on people management, driving both performance and behaviours aligned to our company values. Supporting employee relations (ER) activities such as investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, and capability meetings. Leading employee engagement initiatives, including bi-annual engagement surveys and follow-up actions. Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for aligned business areas. Reviewing and maintaining HR policies to ensure alignment with company culture and employment law. Supporting wider People team projects and initiatives to enable business growth.

What We're Looking For Proven HR experience at Advisor level in a fast-paced, adaptable environment. Strong knowledge of Reward & Recognition processes and employee benefits management. Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels. A proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for driving results. Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

What We Offer The chance to join a vibrant, growing company with a fantastic social culture. A supportive, inclusive environment where your ideas and contributions are valued. Opportunities to work on exciting HR projects that make a real difference. A competitive salary and benefits package, including Private Health Care, Pension contributions between 5-9%, Subsidised Cafe + more.

Ready to Apply? If you're looking for an exciting role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and join a company where hard work is celebrated, and career development is encouraged.
