Senior HR Advisor Earls Court Office Based £45,000 Are you a driven and high-achieving HR professional looking to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial business? Our client, a privately owned and self-funded business, is recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to support their ambitious growth. They are a group of companies including two Foreign Exchange Brokerages, a Fintech hub, a Property Media Company, and a Luxury Property Brand. Their success is built on a consultative approach, teamwork, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service. As they continue to expand, their HR team is essential to supporting their people. The main purpose of a Senior HR Advisor role is: HR System Management:

Update and maintain employee records on the HRMS (People HR). Ensure accurate records of contractual changes, holiday, and sick leave. HR Communication:

Monitor and respond to queries in the HR Mailbox. Take ownership of the HR Newsletter. HR Audits & Administration:

Conduct regular HR data audits. Refine HR administration processes and ensure compliance with internal policies. Manage absence records and conduct Return to Work interviews. Payroll, Benefits & Invoicing:

Run payroll for our UK and Spain offices. Manage paperwork for family leave, flexible working, and employee benefits. Process pension reports, company incentives, and HR invoices. Systems & Compliance:

Maintain up-to-date employee records in CRM. Conduct annual DBS checks and manage the P11D process. Onboarding & Employee Welfare:

Draft and issue offer letters, contracts, and handle the onboarding process. Requirements: Proven experience in HR administration, with exposure to payroll and benefits management. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
