Senior HR Advisor Contract:
52 weeks Permanent/ 37.5 hours per week Your Purpose
R.E.A.L. Education has a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking and proactive HR Advisor to take their next step as our Senior HR Advisor. Our Senior HR Advisor will be our Employee Relations champion and an integral part of the HR team, providing day to day management for HR activities. We Need
Our ideal candidate is someone with extensive employee relations experience, who is person-centred and resilient with a lot of integrity. The current HR team is in an exciting period of growth and development and they need someone who embraces change and leads by example. As a member of the HR Team, you will be a role model for all line managers and act as their point of call for employee relations matters including absence monitoring, disciplinaries and grievances. Therefore, it is important that you have some experience of working with Ofsted regulations including safer recruitment practices and management of low level concerns. There will also be an expectation that the successful candidate will lead and coordinate HR projects to further enhance the employee experience and become an employer of choice. There is a need to be able to travel between sites within the specified locality to support and engage with young people as required. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting them to various locations. Our Benefits
