Senior HR Advisor - Manufacturing Stoke on Trent Paying between £35k - £45k DEO + Benefits Onsite Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the HR Multisite Manager in Germany, with direct functional supervision from the plant managers. In this role, the Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, HR process implementation, labour relations, local compensations and benefits, and other HR-related topics. Responsibilities:

Oversee all HR-related topics and administration, including payroll, recruitment, development and training, HR process implementation, labour relations, and more. Support the HR operational business regarding the UK sites, in collaboration with the HR Multisite Manager based in Germany. Required Experience:

Experience in payroll preparation and compensation and benefits. Strong HR generalist skillset, including labour relations. Ability to deliver quick results. Efficient in reducing complexity and bureaucracy. Demonstrated emotional stability. Strong team-player mindset. 7+ years of experience. Preferred Experience:

Hands-on mentality. Project management experience. Drive for results. Familiarity with "Workday" (advantageous). Strong team-player mindset. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
