Job Description: Senior HR Advisor Start Date: ASAP Purpose: Support the HR Manager in managing and delivering proactive HR solutions while leading on employee relations, including low-level concerns. Collaborate with the leadership team and provide regular updates on casework and reportable activities. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations:

Manage and coordinate all employee relations matters, offering expertise on disciplinaries, grievances, and compliance with ACAS codes and employment law. Line Management:

Oversee and support the HR Advisor and HR Administrator, supervising the HR function's day-to-day activities. Matrix-manage junior staff as needed to ensure development and task completion. Policy Implementation:

Regulate wellness data, implement wellness policies, and support staff and line managers with policy compliance at all stages. Training and Development:

Design and deliver training programs in collaboration with the People & Transformation Manager to support talent management and professional growth. HR Projects and Process Improvement:

Lead HR projects, review HR processes, and develop strategies to enhance the workforce's experience and embed organisational values. Strategic Contribution:

Assist in developing a brand strategy and embedding organisational ethos across the workforce. Use networking skills to identify sector opportunities and inform future strategies. General HR Support:

Undertake project work and provide updates to senior leaders and directors on HR-related activities. Accountabilities: Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with policies and legal standards. Foster a positive and resilient team culture while supporting wellness and professional development. Regularly evaluate and improve HR processes and practices to align with organizational goals. Performance Indicators: Compliance with policies and procedures. Positive feedback from colleagues and stakeholders. Demonstrable impact on employee and organizational outcomes. Requirements: Extensive experience in employee relations, with a focus on proactive solutions and compliance. Leadership and line management experience within an HR team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a solution-focused mindset. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for site travel.
