You will be undertaking a range of ER cases which could include grievance, disciplinary, performance, capability, sickness, dismissal, and investigations. You will also lead a proactive project on sickness absence/long-term sickness absence to review and evaluate current status, occupational health, and identify solutions to sickness absence and long-term absence. We are seeking experienced Senior HR Advisors/HR Advisors with a solid background in employer relations case work and ideally previous experience of absence management projects. CIPD Level 5. Previous experience in complex work environments with union involvement. Experience of confidently handling complex cases including capability, grievance, performance, disciplinary, and dismissal.
