Your new role A senior HR assistant reporting into a Senior HR Business Partner with a wealth of experience. This role is supporting one of the largest client groups in the UK with 800 headcount in the client group. This role will have exposure to employee relations, promotions, talent management, compensation and benefits - it's a true HR Generalist role.

Key Responsibilities Assisting with Senior HR Team with HR assistance, i.e. onboarding, employee relations, onboarding, contract changes Coordinating cyclical HR duties including promotion cycles, bonus and compensation Liaising with HR Shared Services for employee records Employee relations - responsible for low level ER cases including meetings and documentation Assisting with team projects - including D&I and engagement HR Assistant and Administration duties, updating employee records, communications etc… What you'll need to succeed Most previous roles within HR operate at Assistant, Advisor or Admin level Preference for a candidate with a permanent employment background, with their average tenure of 2 years per employer Employee Relations experience with the ability to resolve low level ER cases, i.e. sickness, absence, probation meetings Self-motivated - can manage own diary with a proactive approach Comfortable with senior stakeholder management - proven background of managing manager level + relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills - in English What you'll get in return The HR team have an excellent story to tell when it comes to home-grown talent within their senior and director community, with a focus on annual promotions and development programmes. With 2 of the HR Directors having started in the company as an HR Assistant. You'll get exposure of end to end HR, with involvement in projects.
