Job Summary: As an HR Business Partner at SHEIN, supporting the UK, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance by producing contracts, resolving frontline HR queries, maintaining accurate HR databases, and coordinating various HR processes in accordance with UK employment regulations. You will play a key role in supporting organizational development, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement while collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors. A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, fluency in English, with strong communication skills, autonomy, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role. Job Responsibilities Partnering with managers on organization development, performance, talent development, engagement, and compensation. Analysing business operations from an HR perspective, ensuring compliance. Managing HR queries within service levels. Resolving queries with third-party involvement and maintaining accurate, secure employee databases. Contributing to system and process improvements and handling general administration efficiently. Monitoring compliance with employment regulations and developing strong internal relationships. Managing work references and leave administration according to guidelines. Supporting global mobility and new employee onboarding. Managing HR vendor processes, including invoice processing and PO creation. Addressing employee relations cases effectively and assisting in establishing HR practices in new countries as the business expands. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. Master's is a plus. Familiar with UK labour law and local practice. At least 5 years of HR experience in the UK. You are autonomous, demonstrate curiosity and responsiveness. You are recognised for your sense of communication, your interpersonal and writing skills. Fluency in English is required - both written and verbal. Additional languages would be a plus.
