We are delighted to be working on behalf of an established, highly regarded commercial organisation based on the outskirts of Fareham, Hampshire, for the recruitment of a Senior HR Business Partner.

This diverse, exciting opportunity has arisen due to a period of recent change, and the role will be accountable for the leadership and delivery of results in the areas of Organisational Design, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Leadership Development.

What will the Senior HR Business Partner role involve?

Instigate, design and develop creative solutions to organisational challenges. Partner with the Senior Leadership Team on organisational expansion activities, including acquisitions, integrations and TUPE. Business partner with line managers and resolve potential employee relations issues. Implement innovative organisational design policies and procedures to ensure best practice. Prepare reports, documentation and relevant presentations that are required on a regular and ad hoc basis. Liaise with Trade Unions.

Suitable Candidate for Senior HR Business Partner:

It is essential applicants have experience of organisational design. Experience of business partnering with senior managers, as well as coaching and influencing stakeholders. Excellent technical HR knowledge, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the business, including Trade Unions. Involvement with organisational change. Experience of working with a blue-collar workforce.
