As a Senior HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a broad spectrum of HR functions, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the HR team across a global landscape.

Responsibilities Included:

Coordination of recruitment activities including job specification creation, job postings, interview schedules, candidate screening, and shortlisting. Administration of new hires including onboarding preparation and system set up. Coaching line managers on low-level employee relations cases, escalating complex cases to the HR Business Partners. Support the HR team in the design and implementation of training interventions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with training and documentation.

Skills and Attributes: Experience operating in a HR coordinator capacity in a fast-paced business environment. Experience supporting ER Cases. Experience to manage your own projects and deliver to the wider team. Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with proficiency in MS Office Suite. Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Skills including: Proactive, Forward thinking, Driven, Passion for people, Communication skills, Team Player.

Benefits: Up to £35,000 - Full Time Permanent - Hybrid working. Annual Bonus up to 10% based on business performance. Pension up to 10.5% Employer contributions. Onsite parking.
