This leading international law firm is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead its function across EMEA. As a leader in its field, this firm has grown considerably over the past few years and is now located in a number of key global cities. A full-service firm located in the heart of the City with a considerable headcount in its London office.
As part of recent change and transformation, the HR team is growing and reshaping itself across EMEA to accommodate growth; therefore, the firm is now looking for a Senior HR Manager.
This role will see you based in London and reporting into the HRD. Leading a team of generalists, the role is broad, offering both strategic project-based HR as well as working with your team around process improvement and streamlining the HR offering across EMEA. It will see you engaging with senior leaders across the firm, both on the legal and business services side, to help shape and develop their HR offering.
The firm is looking for a solid HR professional with EMEA experience and ideally has worked in a partnership environment at some point during their HR career. You will possess strong people management experience and already be operating at a senior level.
