Job Description We are seeking an experienced HR Practitioner to join Social Work HR Employee Relations within Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP). This role involves working closely with managers to provide advice, guidance, and support to achieve effective employee relations solutions and ensuring that council policies, procedures, and practices are consistently and fairly applied. As a Senior HR Officer, you will primarily oversee complex workforce matters and play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with trade unions. You will have previous operational experience in an HR setting and demonstrate knowledge in the following areas: HR Expertise

Use your operational HR knowledge and experience to navigate and resolve employee relations issues, applying professional judgement. Communication Skills

Apply well-developed communication and people skills to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Analytical Thinking

Demonstrate strong initiative, understanding, and analysing key data and information, in order to make informed decisions. HR Reporting

Support, develop, and lead on the reporting of HR data and information. Support for Inclusion

Assist in advancing equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives across the GCC / GCHSCP. This post is temporary for a period up to 2 years. Working for us!
