This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office 2 home. As the Senior HR Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in partnering with senior leaders to align HR practices with business goals. You’ll also lead a talented HR operations team, providing strategic guidance and ensuring that people processes are effective, compliant, and future-focused. Are you the kind of person we are looking for? MCIPD qualification
or equivalent. A strong track record in HR, including
employee engagement, organisational design,
and
business change management. Expertise in
employee relations, learning and development, recruitment,
and
talent management. Strength in
reward and recognition
strategies. Exceptional influencing and collaborative skills, with the ability to inspire and engage at all levels. Proven ability to lead on complex People & Development projects. Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation. Energy, enthusiasm, and a results-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. What can you expect from the day-to-day? Building strong relationships with stakeholders to provide strategic people support and guidance. Leading the HR operations team to
deliver high performance, professional development, and employee engagement. Supporting leaders through organisational change to ensure engagement and successful transformation. Managing employee relations cases with a pragmatic and commercial lens. Driving people analytics to inform decisions and demonstrate year-on-year progress. Leading projects such as
pay reviews, bonus processes, talent management,
and
succession planning. Overseeing recruitment,
onboarding, and the employee value proposition
to
attract and retain top talent . Championing
diversity, equity, and inclusion
initiatives, while fostering a welcoming and inclusive workplace. Collaborating with the Finance team on payroll, benefits, and reward alignment. Supporting the development of future leaders through talent management and succession planning.
