Senior HR People Partner/ER Case Manager

Full Time - 40 hours per week

Salary: £40k - 42k p/a depending on experience

This is a lovely opportunity for a Level 7 CIPD qualified and experienced generalist to join our warm and welcoming HR team. We share responsibilities and work effectively and closely together as a supportive team. If you have worked in an HR generalist/ER focused role before, perhaps as an HR Manager, Business Partner, or Senior Advisor, and if you are robust, highly organized, and efficient with excellent verbal and written communication skills, then this could be for you.

Responsibilities:

Support, guide, and coach people managers with disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management. Mitigate employment-associated risks and assist managers in applying good quality judgment to decision-making. Build professional and trusting relationships. Support the entire employee lifecycle with transactional tasks (e.g., producing contracts, change and leaver letters, recording and analyzing absence data). Utilize HR information systems (Kronos Workforce Ready - training will be provided). Engage in basic admin tasks as part of a cooperative and supportive team.

Requirements: Ability to manage a busy workload. Knowledge of the care sector and/or safeguarding is an advantage but not essential. Ability to build positive and professional relationships. Demonstrate discretion and sensitivity for confidential information concerning both staff and residents.

Your base will either be St Neots or Welwyn Garden City, whichever is more convenient for you (mileage is reimbursed for travel to other sites). We are a small, family-owned business. Our residential homes boast beautiful modern and luxurious design, and we are a rapidly growing venture that will provide the right person with an excellent all-round HR career.

This role is primarily on-site, but occasional working from home can be accommodated.

We don't just accept difference, we welcome it. No matter your sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, gender identity, religion, or any other characteristic, we welcome your application. As a team, we actively celebrate, support, and thrive on diversity for the benefit of our residents and staff, creating an environment of empowerment and mutual respect and therefore excellence in care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
