Senior HR Project Manager

to lead and deliver strategic HR projects that align with Eastlight’s values and operational objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to drive change management initiatives, improve culture and employee engagement, and enhance operational efficiency. As a key advisor in the People and Business Services directorate, you will help shape and implement Eastlight’s people strategy, support workforce planning, and innovate to improve productivity and customer centricity. You will lead initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture, boosting employee retention, and ensuring that Eastlight has the right talent and skills to meet future growth targets. To demonstrate our commitment to you, we have developed a sector leading total rewards package: £34,370 per annum (£56,520 FTE) Contract Type: Permanent Basis: Part-time 22.5 hours per week. Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum - Subject to eligibility 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata) Trailblazing family leave [Maternity, Paternity and Adoption - 12 weeks full pay / 6 weeks half pay] - Subject to eligibility BUPA healthcare cash plan Pension and life assurance Formal qualifications and paid professional membership Application Closing Date: 31 January 2025 Interview Date: Week commencing 10th and 17th February 2025 via Microsoft Teams Why should you join Eastlight?
