Hobson Prior is working alongside a company who is at the forefront of biotechnology. This company is seeking a Senior H&S Advisor to join a dynamic team in Oxford. This role will focus on ensuring safe working practices and compliance with health and safety standards within a biotechnology environment.

Collaborate with department managers to promote safe working practices. Ensure all service areas have appropriate risk assessments. Document effective risk control measures following health and safety guidelines. Develop and implement safety policies for the business. Conduct routine internal safety audits to ensure compliance. Perform assessments and investigate incidents, including near-miss events. Key Skills and Requirements:
A background in Biological Sciences is beneficial but not required. Health and Safety qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or NVQ are essential.
