£45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance About the Role: I am delighted to be working exclusively with an industry-leading Health & Safety consultancy is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role involves delivering accurate, relevant, and pragmatic health and safety advice to a diverse client base across sectors such as education, healthcare, construction, retail, and aviation. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying and addressing health and safety challenges, ensuring that clients meet legal requirements and maintain best practices. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert health and safety consultancy services to clients across various sectors, including education, healthcare, construction, retail, and aviation. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, audits, and inspections, delivering actionable reports with practical recommendations. Develop and implement tailored health and safety management systems, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to client staff, enhancing their understanding and application of health and safety practices. Advise on accident investigations and incident reporting, helping clients to minimise risks and prevent future occurrences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry best practices, ensuring clients receive current and effective advice. Travel across the UK to client sites, with occasional overnight stays required. Key Requirements: Strong experience in health and safety consultancy, with a proven track record of delivering effective solutions across multiple sectors. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide clear, practical advice. Willingness to travel across the UK and stay overnight as needed.
