Senior HSE Business Partner Midlands but can be located anywhere in the UK - National weekly travel is expected Permanent £70,000 - £75,000, Bonus, Company Car or Allowance and strong benefits package We are working with a globally renowned manufacturing organization to recruit a Senior HSE Business Partner. This key role will involve driving strategy and overseeing HSE initiatives across the division. Reporting directly to the Health & Safety Director, the Senior HSE Business Partner will be responsible for shaping and implementing comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental strategies while leading continuous improvement efforts. The Senior HSE Business Partner will support and mentor divisional operational teams across a diverse portfolio of sites all over the UK. Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain HSE policies, ensuring alignment with global group standards You will be a hands-on leader, understanding where you can make an immediate impact and what the long-term goals will be You will drive cultural change, continuing to bring HSE and compliance to the forefront Lead initiatives around traffic management and vehicle movement safety Coaching, managing, and developing operational stakeholders Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and drive preventative measures Qualifications:
